Bowling for Ghosts Halloween Game

This Halloween party game can be played indoors or outdoors. With just a few supplies from around your house, you can entertain your Halloween party guests with a silly game of Bowling for Ghosts.

What You Will Need

6 empty 16-oz. soda bottles
White tissue paper, fabric, or cloth napkins
String
Black washable marker
Small pumpkin
Sand or rice (optional)

How to Make It

Step 1:
Rinse the soda bottles. If you want to give the bottles some weight, put a small amount of rice or sand in each bottle.

Step 2:
Place a piece of tissue paper, fabric or cloth over the top of each soda bottle, and tie a string around the neck of the bottle. The part above the neck will be the head of your ghosts. Let the remaining tissue paper, fabric or cloth hang down covering the bottle. This will be the body of the ghosts.

Step 3:
Draw eyes on each ghost using a black washable marker.

How to Play:

Set the ghost "pins" so that there are three in a row, two in a row, and one in front - similar to pins at a bowling alley.

Instruct your Halloween party guests to roll the pumpkin into the ghost "pins" to try to knock them down!

How to Liven it Up

Tell your Halloween party guests to yell "GHOST!" every time someone knocks all the ghost pins down.
