PreschoolRock.com Giveaway Rules

1. The PreschoolRock.com giveaway is open to persons 18 years of age or older, worldwide. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. To enter, you must complete the submission form on the giveaway page. You will only be entered in the PreschoolRock.com giveaway once (one entry per person ONLY). Entries with missing or incomplete information will be rejected.

3. Upon submission of your email address, you will be automatically signed up to receive our free weekly newsletter and online magazine, Preschool Rockers. Your email address will not be distributed or sold to anyone. PreschoolRock.com shares your email address only with the giveaway sponsor so that they may contact you about your prize.

4. PreschoolRock.com reserves the right to deny any submission for any reason. 

5. Entries for the PreschoolRock.com giveaway must be received by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month to which the giveaway began to be eligible. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and submitted in accordance with the rules.

6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the date specified above. The winner will be announced in the Preschool Rockers newsletter. The winners will have 24 hours from the date of the newsletter to accept the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe and/or the prize is not accepted, the prize will be considered a forfeit. Another winner may or may not be selected at random. If the prize is returned, the prize is considered forfeited and no alternate winner will be selected. All decisions are final and binding.

7. By entering the giveaway, the entrant agrees to have his or her first name, last initial, and city and state of residence displayed on the PreschoolRock.com. Entrants agree to allow PreschoolRock.com to share with the giveaway sponsor all information collected.

8. By accepting the prize, the winners release PreschoolRock.com and all representatives, including but not limited to editorial staff, product sponsors and affiliates, from any responsibility or liability in connection with the prize awarded.

9. Winner agrees to release PreschoolRock.com and all representatives of any injuries, deaths, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize.

10. PreschoolRock.com or the giveaway sponsor, whichever is applicable, is responsible for the shipping charges of the prize. The prize will be sent to the winners within 30 days of closing of giveaway. PreschoolRock.com is not responsible for shipping damage or lost prizes during shipment. PreschoolRock.com is not responsible for prizes awarded and/or shipped by the giveaway sponsor.

11. The PreschoolRock.com giveaway is NOT open to employees or the families of employees of the manufacturer, publisher, author, illustrator, or distributor of the prize item featured. It is also NOT open to the editorial staff or the families of the editorial staff of PreschoolRock.com. 

12. PreschoolRock.com reserves the right to change the rules of the giveaway and to substitute any prize for an item of equal or greater value without prior notice. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

13. PreschoolRock.com is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality.

14. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

15. If you do not understand or agree with the rules for the PreschoolRock.com giveaway, do NOT enter the giveaway.
