The Halloween Costume Exchange allows parents-in-need to find free Halloween costumes for their family -- any age! It also allows parents to post their children's Halloween costumes from previous years to help parents-in-need find free Halloween costumes for their family.

Who Can Participate in the Halloween Costume Exchange?

Anyone who needs a Halloween costume OR anyone who has a Halloween costume to donate.

Do I Need to Donate A Halloween Costume In Order to Get One Free?

No! Not everyone saves Halloween costumes from year-to-year, so even if you don't have a Halloween costume to donate, you can still contact a Halloween Costume Donator to request the Halloween costume they've donated. However, we would surely appreciate it if you'd spread the word to your friends about the Halloween Costume Exchange program in case they may have Halloween costumes to donate.

Is the Halloween Costume Exchange Really Free? What's the "Catch"?

Yes; however you will need to negotiate shipping costs with the Halloween Costume Donator. Also please note: All Halloween costumes are free and therefore are "as is". Parent receives Halloween costume in the mail just in time for Halloween!

Parents wanting to donate a Halloween costume:

Your Halloween costume will be posted on PreschoolRock.com; PreschoolRock will email a code to you that will give you 20% off the cost of a new Halloween costume from www.AnytimeCostumes.com.

Parents needing a Halloween costume for their child will contact you via email

You and the parent will arrange for shipment of the Halloween costume, including who pays for the cost of shipping and how that will be paid

You notify PreschoolRock.com that your Halloween costume has been donated

Preschoolrock.com will remove your email address and mark your Halloween costume as "donated"
